Sebastian is the founder and CEO of Elepha SAS in Colombia. Elepha impacts more than 12,000 female heads of household in 400 municipalities of the country. It created more than 100 direct jobs and USD $7 million in sales in 2020. The company was awarded the BCtA seal granted by UNDP. Elepha is part of the Yunus Social Business portfolio of companies, and belongs to the Endeavor Next ecosystem of companies. The company is classified as an innovative company by the Colombian Stock Exchange, where it was a pioneer in its A2censo platform.

Sebastian has an MBA from Rotman University in Canada where he was awarded the highest academic distinction, Valedictorian, and an EMBA from St. Gallen University in Switzerland. He has continued studies from Harvard University in USA and Kellogg University in USA. He is a bachelor as Industrial Engineer from the Javeriana University in Bogotá. Sebastian held executive positions in multinationals such as Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Clinton Foundation and Ecopetrol. He has work experience in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia.

Sebastian is an entrepreneur judge of Fondo Emprender SENA Regional Quindío, he is part of the Engineering education committee of the Alexander Von Humboltd University, Executive Director of the civic organization Quindío Unido, honorary member of the Botanical Garden of the city of Calarcá, columnist and Entrepreneur of Impact in the portal of news www.mascolombia.com, and Manager and Founder of Elepha SAS BIC.
