Here is a paradox. While young people aren't finding the right kind of jobs, employers are complaining about not finding the right kind of people. Sounds like a problem? Well, it did to Roopali Mehra, co- Founder of Transform who went all the way to not just finding a solution but implementing it through Government led initiatives in some very challenging districts of India and came out rather successfully. Her company has created a web based proprietary solution for career education and skill development and provides these services to young students at the base of the pyramid. The technological innovation, Certified by Education Alliance Finland, brings students, educators and governments on a common platform to enable youth centered decisions in education, skilling, employment and entrepreneurship.

In a world that lays excessive importance on academic excellence, Roopali believes that education must lead to successful employment and is therefore working with the governments to build awareness among young students for informed decision-making and future readiness.

A London School of Economics graduate with MBA from Rollins College in Florida, Roopali Mehra and her company Transform are working assiduously to bring equity through guidance that is much needed in today's times. Roopali is propelled by an appetite for self-expression and draws strength from her faith.
