Michael Pittelkow started his professional career as a civil servant in local and later in state government. In 1991 he became business consultant and worked on transformation projects in public and private sector of different size and focus.

Michael joined SAP in 2006 and held various positions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has special expertise in State, Regional and Local Governments, Healthcare, Utilities, Education and Agriculture as well as Startup Development and Capacity Building.

Michael is a member of different councils and initiatives focusing on Digital4Development and digitalization in developing countries. Michael is passionate about sustainable and inclusive economic development.
