FRANCISCO NOGUERA

President & CEO, iNNpulsa Colombia

Francisco Noguera is the President & CEO of iNNpulsa Colombia, the Government of Colombia’s innovation and entrepreneurship agency. Throughout his professional career, he has focused on understanding and promoting entrepreneurship and the role of the private sector in providing solutions to environmental and social challenges. 

He has held different positions in the field of entrepreneurship, sustainability, and social innovation. Before joining iNNpulsa, he was the Manager of Social Prosperity at Ecopetrol, the largest integrated oil & gas company. He was also director of the Social Innovation Laboratory of Compartamos con Colombia, an associate at the World Resources Institute in Washington DC, and editor of the NextBillion.net portal. He is the founder of FuturosPosibles, a platform of podcasts that explores social issues.

Francisco is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de los Andes, with an MPA from Columbia University in New York. He was selected as a Rockefeller Foundation’s Global Fellow on social innovation.
